As we are in spring, it is seen as a sign of bringing forth new beginnings. The start of spring also brought about Mental Health Awareness Week in Aotearoa, which we celebrated from September 26th – October 2, 2022. A VERY important topic for us to pay attention to. Not only is our mental health just as important as our physical health, but it’s important to know that you’re not alone in this journey.
Whānau Ora Navigators Rosita & Karaat talanoa about what mental health means to them. Whether it be in your personal life or work day, when life gets a little overwhelming, we can all start fresh in taking care of our hauora (well-being) by trying some activities in the photos.
