Roushila has been an exceptional Support Worker for Pacific Homecare customer Roshni, who has faced multiple health challenges. Roshni’s son has witnessed how Roushila’s empathy, patience, and care have significantly improved his mother’s overall well-being. Roushila has brought Roshni comfort and joy, making her feel safe and happy during each visit.
She has established a strong bond with Roshni, often using her sense of humor to lift her spirits, particularly during hospital visits. Roushila’s compassionate qualities make her an invaluable asset to Pacific Homecare.
Born and raised in Fiji, Roushila moved with her family to New Zealand in 2008, where she began her role as a Support Worker with Pacific Homecare. With nearly 17 years of experience here, Roushila appreciates working alongside her colleagues, stating, “Our PHC team is very helpful; I enjoy working with them.” She sees her staff members and the clients she cares for as the inspiration behind her dedication to her work.
