After recently joining the team in December 2022, No’o quickly became a star employee with a clear heart for the job. A reliable Support Worker, she never receives complaints from any of her clients and completes her workdays diligently.
“My name is No’o. I’m a happy Tongan girl and I love to help the elderly like I’m doing now as a Support Worker.”
No matter the changes to her roster, she works with a happy heart and willingness to care for each customer. “I do my best with all my heart to help. I live my life to be happy. I smile all the time and that’s why the customers like me haha.”
When asked about what she does in her role and her favourite part about working for Pacific Homecare, No’o replied.
“[As a Support Worker], I help the elderly and take care of them in their homes. My favourite part about working for Pacific Homecare is that I like to help people and I learn more experiences. Everybody at work inspires me lol.”
We wish No’o the best in her new journey as a Support Worker and only encourage her to continue being a smiling light to every customer that she takes care of.
