If you ever need someone to rely on, Lalita is your girl! She has always been willing to go the extra mile in her day-to-day work as a Support Worker. Never saying no to relieving, especially on Sundays when we need her most! A true superhero.
Born and raised in the tropical wonderland of Fiji, Lalita moved to New Zealand in 1991 and sure enough, in 2021 she began her journey with us at Pacific Homecare. When asked her inspirations, Lalita has a loooong list of fellow staff who inspire her each and every day; giving a HUGE shout out to her faves; Amelia, Nancy, Ellin, & Emmily. She loves how she is always welcomed into the office with the biggest smiles – which sends her on a day full of joy with her clients!
We appreciate how Lalita never fails to go above and beyond in her tasks. She truly shines through showing the PHC values of Love, Care and Professionalism. And in 3 words, Lalita sees her role as something that she does happily, with smiles & nicely. Congratulations Lalita!
