Complex Long-Term Care

Complex long-term care  is assistance for people with serious health conditions or injuries, some of which may leave them bed-bound or in a wheelchair. We provide assistance in dealing with diabetes, incontinence, dementia, obesity, post-stroke impairments, Parkinson’s disease, paralysis, arthritis, etc

These services can help support you to safely remain in your own home when you need help to do so.

I know I am very thankful for the wonderful services I get. No matter how wonderful your children are, they still can’t be with you 24 hours a day. When I have been down and feel a bit empty, it has been comforting to have her around. My Support Worker has been marvelous since I met her. I know I could not manage without her or Pacific Homecare.
