Every day, we see our customers graciously and kindly cared for by our Support Workers. So, it’s no surprise that some are recognized by fellow staff, clients, and their family members.
Recently, a client eagerly called Pacific Homecare to relay a message about Support Worker Catherine Aipolo, saying she did an excellent job relieving. The family and client had never met her before but really appreciated the amazing job she did. Catherine happily engaged with the client, leaving her smiling, happy, and uplifted – with an everlasting positive impression.
Hailing from the friendly island of Tonga, Catherine has been one of our long-standing Support Workers, supporting Pacific Homecare for over 12 years since she started in 2012. Throughout her time at PHC, she has mentioned having had the opportunity to “meet heaps of people.”
She really likes how Pacific Homecare looks after its staff and how the clients always welcome you into their homes. Catherine’s experiences show us how amazing she is as a Support Worker. The positivity she receives is always reciprocal, as she is always giving and caring.
