Through her unwavering hard work and perseverance in how she delivers services to our customers, Support Worker, Pasemeta, has shown how these qualities bring about positive outcomes and achievements. As our July Employee of the Month, she has earned the title through significant improvement in her work performance since joining the organisation. This has not gone unnoticed by the Service Team, who witnessed firsthand the amazing effect that this transformation has made in her role.
Since Pasemeta’s arrival at Pacific Homecare (PHC) in 2010, she has consistently mentioned how much she enjoys working here. “I really love working here because it gives me a good experience. Working for Pacific Homecare I can look after our old people.” A passion she clearly excels in.
When asked about her inspirations, she credits the Service Team back at the office and her fellow Support Workers she completes services with. “The office people are really good, and our workmates are helpful and communicate properly. We like to work together.” Sharing how she loves the work environments she is in. With this, the three words she uses to describe Pacific Homecare are love, care and professionalism.
