In September 2021, we congratulated Quality & Data Manager, Seta Efaraimo on being the Employee of the Month! From Vaimoso, Apia, Samoa – Seta moved to Aotearoa in 1985 to study and quickly developed his fascination with computers. Once he finished his studies, he pursued a career in IT and has been happily working in the industry ever since. Years on, he has become the brain behind our new CRM system, Navigate, which is extraordinary!
Not only is he a hard worker, but he ALWAYS demonstrates the PHC values of love, care, and professionalism in his day-to-day tasks. It’s something he finds both exciting and challenging. In his role as the Quality & Data Manager, he has embarked on a tech journey with NEW systems and processes, which generate a ton of data!
“I manage a Quality and Data team which is responsible for safeguarding and dissemination of this information. The other part of the role is ensuring the design and functionality of our systems are fit for purpose.”
When asked what his favourite part about working for Pacific Homecare was, Seta, replied with the culture! “I love the fact that I am part of this vibe, working, playing and creating solutions together.”
An inspiration behind why he works here are our wonderful Support Workers. He values how “they are our feet on the ground, and they are responding to the need of our customers daily. I admire their passion and their decision making.” We agree!
