Tell us a little bit about your background?

My name is Soteria Peo, I am a Samoan. I am a mother of four children who I love unconditionally. I also love serving God wholeheartedly alongside my family.

What sorts of things do you do in your job?

I support my customers in areas needed according to the care plan and make sure they are well cared for with each service.

Tell us about your customers / a normal day in your job?

All my customers are very respectful, nice, and mindful of my work criteria. They are really easy going and helpful.

What training have you completed at Pacific Homecare?

Health & Wellbeing Certificates levels 1, 2, & 3. First Aid. Communication Skills (Everyday Leaders), Using the hoist, Food Handling, Health and Safety, and much more.

What do you like most about working at Pacific Homecare?

I like the diversity and family environment. Also, my colleagues and customers are friendly.

It also gives me the opportunity to help my community and people.

Nurse

If you weren’t doing this job what would you be doing?

I would continue studies to become a nurse.
