At her core Asa has always enjoyed working with children. As a young girl in Labasa town in the Fiji Islands she would spend her spare time babysitting all her cousins. This nurturing personality has carried through to her work.
Born and raised in Tonga, Anau moved to NZ in March, 2014. She began work as a Support Worker for Pacific Homecare in 2016 and has been recognised this month for her exceptional work and commitment to the job.
Employee of the Month Mile Tiasiutele’s up bringing was mainly influenced by her mum. Brought up in village life she instilled hard work and responsibilities. The daily routine was always communal focused, with fishing and gardening to support the family. This has carried forward to Mile today as a support worker for Pacific Homecare.
Growing up in the Kingdom of Tonga, Pacific Homecare Support Worker Ofa Lile was always destined to help people. In her role as a permanent reliever for other Support Workers, no two days are the same. She’s our October Employee of the Month
