Growing up on the island of Rarotonga in the Cooks, Munokoa Hewett wanted to be a nurse. She moved to New Zealand when she was 10 years old and, as an adult, cared for her parents for over 10 years before they passed away.
After working as a mechanic for most of his career, Siasau Faleulu, who is originally from Samoa, decided to make the switch to a career in the homecare sector in 2015. Less than a year on, he’s been made Employee of the Month.
