Admin/Accounts Support

We are looking for an Admin/Accounts Support to join our dynamic and professional team in in Papatoetoe office. This role would be suitable for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, team-player who can take ownership of internal initiatives.

The role is varied and involves all facets of office administration, including Inventory control, payroll and accounts, reception duties, reporting and analysis, and special projects.

The suitable applicants must have:
• Ability to work well with different cultures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office and IT Systems
• Experience in Payroll and accounts
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Resource Co-ordinator

We are currently looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our dynamic and professional team. This role would be suitable for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a friendly working environment and wants to make a difference.

The role involves the ability to manage communications with Support Workers and Customers to optimise rostering and scheduling of customer services, managing customer referrals, reporting, analysis and trending, Database administration including data integrity, workflows and information management, report writing and database management of information flows within Pacific Homecare

Clinical Coordinator

Pacific Homecare is currently looking for a clinical coordinator who can work in a dynamic team environment delivering positive health outcomes to our customers base in our Papatoetoe office.

This role is suitable for a professional who has a Level 6 or higher qualification who enjoys a friendly working environment and wants to create a point of difference in our service model alongside other committed team members. The role involves health assessments, reviews, development of Customer Care plans and health goals, management of health outcomes, and coaching coordinators and support workers.
